  Montreal welcomed us no city has before - we were overwhelmed by the flurry of support and generosity from the comics/bandes dessinées fans from Montreal. The 12 edition of the Montreal Comic Arts Festival | Festival BD de Montreal  filled the streets of Montreal with the finest comics creators from around the world. The heartwarming support for The Gathering Place was tremendous, and the sketch commissions had my fingers blistering. Met so many incredible new comics creators and fans.  The exhibit on Brazilian comics/quadrinhos was inspiring. Montreal, I shall return.

  Back in Mississauga for the Mississauga Comics Expo (MCX)  organized by Mississauga Library, and held at the Living Arts Centre.  Happy to see familiar faces and meet new ones - a great time had by all.

      Thank you, St. Thomas, Ontario! What a supportive and positive community. The music, the food, and vendors were incredible. The Gathering Place was very well received and encouraging.

  This had to be a record year for Fan Expo Canada. I've never seen to Convention Centre so packed.  Always happy to meet up with fans and work on commissions. Enjoy the con sketches!

It finally happened! I'm incredibly honored and proud to be tabling at the Toronto Comic Arts Festival (TCAF) . Having attended every TCAF since the first (where I submitted comic art for a fundraiser) , it feels so good to be standing on the other side of the table sharing my stories with so many. Met so many creative individuals at TCAF that I was overwhelmed with the amount of talent under one roof.   We are proud to announce that the fourth issue of The Gathering Place will debut at this year's Toronto Comic Arts Festival (TCAF) . Five crafted biographies of Canadian artists who either served documenting war or were survivors of war - all had to endure traumatic events that altered the course of their lives.
